This workshop is designed to provide both time and technical support needed to design custom digital blended lessons using available online tools and current curriculum standards. The Technology Integration Coaches will work with teachers as they choose the best tools and resources to amplify learning through the use of technology and digital resources.
Purpose of the Day:
To take the well-done content area lesson plans you already have and add rich and meaningful technology experiences that engage students in achieving your learning goal. To create additional plans that blend traditional and digital instruction to create a personalized learning experience for students.
Clear Targets:
I can work with technology integration coaches to identify and plan the use of technology tools that best address my learning objective(s) and compliment my face to face instruction.
I can collaborate with peers on how to best use technology in the classroom and use appropriate strategies to blend instruction.
I can work with technology integration coaches and peers to improve lesson plans by integrating technology to personalize learning.

Microsoft's professional development program is based on rubrics developed and tested internationally for the Innovative Teaching and Learning (ITL) Researchproject.
SAMR is a model designed to help educators infuse technology into teaching and learning. Developed by Dr. Ruben Puentedura, the model supports and enables teachers to design, develop, and infuse digital learning experiences that utilize technology. The goal is to transform learning experiences so they result in higher levels of achievement for students.
